This lovely 3 bedroom villa is located in the center of the famous resort of protaras. In just a stroll away you are in the main strip of protaras with the many restaurants, bars, and amazing sandy beaches, and yet far away enough to be out of the noise. Internally Mandali Villa has been finished to a high standard and offers character with a warm homely feel. The house comprises 3 bedrooms with high ceilings and plenty of storage/wardrobe space. All of the bedrooms are on the upper floor and two of them are with single beds and one with a double bed. There is also upstairs a family bathroom.

Downstairs there is an open space living room with a corner sofa for 6 people and a large flat screen TV. There is also a dining table for up to 8 people. There is a fully equiped kitchen with all cooking utensills, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a table with four chairs. Both the living room and kitchen have direct access to the garden and pool area.

Other features include large 9 x 4 swimming pool with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine, BBQ’s and outdoor living that we all love about Cyprus. Walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Pernera and Protaras.
