Villa Saint Nikolas is a five bedroom holiday property in a prime location, in a sought after area of Pernera, very close to beaches and the well known Ayia Triada Yacht and fishing harbour.  

Within a mere 5 minute walk from a pathway within the complex you will find yourself on the beach of Serena Bay.  Along the side of the beach there is a boardwalk which leads directly to all the other beaches along the coast line! Including Fig Tree Bay beach.

The property also accommodates a basement area, where you will find the other two bedrooms, which are accessable from the outside of the villa from a staircase leading downstairs. This provides independent privacy for another four persons. Its roof garden can be used for enjoying al fresco dining or evening sunbathing, and tranquil blue sea views and private parking with spaces for 2 cars.

About Pernera

Pernera in Cyprus is probably not one of the best known resorts on the East coast but it is certainly one of the nicest. Nestling below a hill this pretty little town has plenty to offer and holiday makers return there year after year. The main street sweeps right down to the sea front where there are several sandy bays protected by stone outcrops.

Pernera beach itself is one of the nicest sandy beaches on the eastern coast of Cyprus. All of the beaches around Protaras have fine sandy beaches with calm clear blue waters which make them an excellent choice for families with young children.
