Villa Pavlina is a three  bedroom holdiay villa located in Ayia Napa – Ayia Thekla, within a few short minutes you are by Nissi Beach and the center of Ayia Napa town center.

The ground floor is a fully open plan, comprising of lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofa . A flat screen TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment along with free Wi-Fi access.  Side sliding style glass doors open onto the front patio, and pool area and spacious bbq area. Offering fantastic views of the beach and sea.

Both its interior and exterior dining table comfortably seats 6 persons.

Bedrooms are situated on this floor along with a family-sized bathroom which comPrises of a bath with shower head, washbasin and WC. The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom at the front with a private balcony, offering wonderful sea views and a second and third bedrooms with twin beds and a private balcony with patio furniture.

Air-conditioning is provided throughout the property. The  pergola area  of the property has a tiled patio area and a wooden deck for sun bathing and a prIvate pool and a mature garden .

Ayia Napa is located near the south east tip of Cyprus close to the beautiful nature reserve of Cape Greco. Cyprus’ moderate climate and geography has throughout history made it a desirable location. ATTRACTIONS:
The medieval Monastery –  located central to Ayia Napa, built in 1570 by the Venetians.

• Nissi Beach – 4 km from the harbour. A pure white sand beach and turquoise water with a variety of water sports on offer.
• Macronissos Beach – On the outskirts of Ayia Napa. The water is very shallow and great for families with small children.
• Cape Greco – Located at the most eastern point of Agia Napa. Its views are stunning, rugged shoreline in contrast with sandy beaches to the west, sea caves, cliffs, and sparkling blue waters. Great for diving, snorkelling or just sitting back and watching the view, also a favourite with cyclists and walkers.
• Marine Life Museum – Located in the lower level of the Town Hall the museum was the first of its type to focus on the past and present aspects of the island’s marine life. There is an excellent fossil collection as well as a photographic exhibition including a reconstructed seabed dating from the dinosaur age.
• Thalassa Municipal Museum of the Sea – Situated next to the CTO Office – worthy of a visit. Thalassa or The Sea is the exclusive theme of this museum. Artefacts, vases, statues, sculptures, seascape paintings by local and Greek artists and other exhibits are on display but the main highlight is the life size replica of the 3rd century BC Kyrenia merchant ship which was discovered in 1965 on the seabed off the Kyrenia coast.
