Blue Water is a lovely 3 bedroom villa located in Kapparis close to the larger and busier resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and resaurants within walking distance of the villa all year round. Its two child friendly golden sandy beaches are only 5 minutes walk away.

The spacious open plan living area comprises of a kitchen equipt with all essentials including, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen leads to the dining area that has a dining table with 8 chairs. The lounge has leather lounge sofas which seat six persons to  comfortably sit and enjoy a movie of your choice on the satellite T.V and coffee table. Patio doors lead from the lounge into the outside area which has a roman step swimming pool and spacious BBQ area.

Upstairs the master double bedrom has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have single beds. There are 2 shower rooms, one upstairs, one downstairs.

The nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive form the villa, with lots of attractions and lively nightlife. There are many restaurants, shops and bars to choose from, and lots of sandy beaches all along the coast with water sports as well as the famous Ayia Napa water park.

Kapparis is a popular coastal Village located between the cosmopolitan resort of Protaras and the town of Paralimni, and is a purely residential area. Kapparis has gradually developed in recent years from a sleepy farming area and now boasts an array of restaurants, sandy beaches and all year round tourist facilities.
