Villa Alysia is located in a very quiet residential area of Coral bay accessed via private road this is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa enjoying fabulous views of the sea at the front and banana plantations to the rear. It is set in its own private large landscaped garden with 10×5 swimming pool offering you ultimate tranquility and relaxation.

The villa is arranged over two floors with three bedrooms.

Ground Floor:

The main entrance door opens to a spacious open plan living and dining area with a large kitchen set off from the dining area. The kitchen is well fitted with an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The living area has a television with android box, a DVD player, coffee table and large corner leather sofa with ample seating.

The dining area has a large round dining table with seating for 6 people and has patio doors leading from the living area to the pool, garden area and veranda.

There is a guest WC on the ground floor.

First Floor:

A most attractive marble and wrought iron staircase leads up to the first floor with three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a wooden double bed and ample wardrobe space for storage and hanging. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

The remaining two bedrooms each have twin beds and ample wardrobe space. With access to the main bathroom.

The master bedroom and one of the twin rooms have patio doors leading to the large shared balcony at the front of the villa.  The balcony has a table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the spectacular sea views.

Grounds of the Villa:

The main feature of the garden is the large private swimming pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. The pool has been set in a beautiful garden which has been thoughtfully designed. There is a large patio area with a table and seating.  A charcoal barbecue is also provided for outdoor eating.

There is a private parking space at the side of the villa for 1 car.

Local Amenities and attractions:

Nearby is the renowned blue flag, golden sandy beach of Coral Bay boasting clear blue waters, Coral Bay Go-karting, Paphos zoo, Akamas peninsula and the traditional village of Peyia.

The Coral bay Strip has a large choice of restaurants offering local and international cuisine, cafes, bars, supermarket, taxi rank and bus stop.

There is a bus stop within walking distance or you can chose to hire a car. A short drive will take you into Kato Paphos, here you can see the Paphos Castle stroll along the seafront with many restaurants and souvenir shops.  Kings Avenue Mall is also here offering visitors the ultimate shopping experience. Leading international fashion brands a variety of popular and world-known restaurant chains and cafes, a multiplex cinema and children’s play area are all available for your shopping, entertainment and leisure.

There are also many archaeological sites for you to visit The House of Dionysus, Tombs of the Kings, Saint Pauls Pillar are a few of the many sites you can visit while in Paphos.

If you prefer to venture further, you can enjoy a day in Polis and Latchi with clear blue pebble beaches and a small fishing harbour where you can hire a boat and visit the blue lagoon, or even visit the Troodos Mountains or one of the three championship golf courses.

Paphos international airport is a 40 minute drive away.

About Coral Bay

Coral Bay.  Coral Bay is a popular tourist resort in the Peyia municipality 6 km North of the city of Paphos.

The coast to the north and to the south of Coral Bay is characterized by rocky headlands and sea caves.   Coral Bay itself is a 600m crescent of soft white sand, enclosed by a pair of limestone headlands and carries an EU Blue Flag certification which means that it adheres to all standards, rules and regulations required by the relevant committee of the European Union.

The Coral bay strip is the central road running through Coral Bay; this is where you will find most amenities, from banks, kiosks, bus stops and much of Coral Bays nightlife, cafe’s, bars and restaurants.  The broader area of Coral Bay encloses another beach called Potima Bay. It is situated about 1.5 km away bordering the boundaries of Kissonerga village.
